Heart Pincushion Pinterest Project

Obviously, her photography skills are a touch above mine - my heart pincushion is in the top photo.  I digitized the embroidery on the Bernina V7 software (I am still getting used to the new version).  I filled it with crushed walnut shells, which gives it a perfect pincushiony feel.  I think the ribbon I used, the tape measure ribbon, is so cute.  I have used it many times - around the base of my lampshade here at my desk, and on the hem of a handtowel in the studio bath.  Perfect Valentine's Day gift for someone.  Jerilynn
